You may cancel your order by email within 5 days of receipt of your goods providing the goods were purchased from the shop section of our website. A full refund of the purchase value excluding all delivery and packaging costs will be made providing the goods are returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. In some instances a small charge for administration may be made.

Please note :  Goods returned without the original packaging cannot be accepted for a refund. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders will be safely packaged and passed to our carriers for delivery. Deliveries may be made by Royal Mail or similar delivery service. Goods will only be dispatched when payment has been made in full and funds have been cleared. If your item is out of stock we contact you by email or phone and advise you when we are expecting to hold more stock.
